Charter Policy & Rates

          Charter Policies:  Cancellations less than 72 hours—NO REFUND!

 > All policies and rates are subject to change without prior notification
            > All individual charters (Minimum 4), require full payment at time of booking
            > All group, (Minimum 6), charters require a non-refundable deposit of $100/dive charter day
            > Group Charters MUST BE PAID IN FULL one week prior to charter date
            > No refunds for equipment failure, sea sickness, or diver’s choice
            > Full refund if FLS cancels for any reason (Other than Acts of Nature)
            > Pro-Rated refunds due to Acts of Nature
            > Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to charter date to receive 50% refund.
