· All charters require full payment at time of booking

· No refunds for equipment failure, sea sickness, or diver’s choice

· Full refund if FLS cancels for any reason (Other than "Acts of Nature")

· Refunds Pro-Rated due to "Acts of Nature"

· Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to charter date to receive 50% refund.
