Continuing Education Scuba Classes 

1) Advanced Diver - $375 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental, includes four specialties( Deep, Night, Navigation, Choice). Requires minimum of 24 logged dives.

2) Stress and Rescue - $200 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom session(s) with exam, pool session (s) and skills demonstration and testing in open water.

3) Nitrox Diver -
$135 plus materials, C-card, - includes classroom with exam and performance session.

4) Dry Suit Diver - $200 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam, pool session and up to three open water dives using a dry suit (not supplied).

5) Ice Diver - $250 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom session (s) with exam, pool session (s) with skills demonstration and open water dives.

6) Night Diver/Limited Visibility - $150 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam and two open water night dives.

7) Underwater Navigation - $150 plus materials and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam and two dives.

8) Deep Diver - $150 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam and two dives.

9) Boat Diver - $150 plus materials,
C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam and two dives.

10) Wreck Diver (SSI) - $200 plus materials,
C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam and two dives.

11)
Marine Awareness - $125 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam and two dives.

12) Underwater Photographer(includes Digital) - $195 plus materials,
C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom session and five open water dives. Evaluation of photographs.

13)
Reef Fish ID - $99 plus materials, C-card, - includes classroom session with exam. Goal is to learn several new fish and how to ID for book reference after the dive (purchase of Paul Humann Reef Fish ID book required).

14) SCC-Rebreather Diver - $495 - includes instruction, books/materials, and 2+ open water dives, plus
C-card.

Search and Recovery Diver (SSI) - $275 plus materials, C-card, and/or equipment rental - includes classroom with exam, pool sessions and required open water dives practicing and demonstrating skills.
Whether it’s the gold of a sunken ship, a lost ring or simply the your buddy’s dive light accidently lost, there are times in which the appropriate training to search for lost objects underwater would be beneficial.SSI offers a structured program for SEARCH AND RECOVERY where you will learn to perform different search patterns with the help of ropes and compasses, and to plan search and recovery operations in a team. You will also learn the correct handling of one or more lifting bags in order to bring heavy objects securely to the surface.

18) Emergency Response Diver International (ERDI) - General Information about ERDI Training--Why do Department Dive Teams need Public Safety Training?
       18A) ERD I Call for Pricing
         This entry level emergency response diving course is designed to give the public safety diver the fundamental skills needed to safely function as part of a public safety dive team and is OSHA and NFPA compliant. Topics such as problem solving, tender skills, search patterns and evidence handling are covered just to name a few. Dive skills include executing search patterns, victim recovery, emergency procedures and decontamination procedures among others. ERD I also serves as a prerequisite to ERD Ops Components courses.

      18B) ERD II Call for Pricing
         This ERDI course enables the public safety diver to develop detailed knowledge and advanced skills in emergency response diving. Among the topics covered are manner of death, physiological changes a submerged body undergoes, mechanics of drowning, handling of remains environmental issues, encapsulation, full face mask and drysuit use. As part of the certification requirements during the six dives, students will also master drysuit and full face mask skills.

      18C) ERD Supervisor Call for Pricing
         The training you will receive in the ERD Supervisor course will prepare you to supervise ERD team operations as well as assist ERD Instructors with training. NFPA standards, supervising divers in varying conditions and interagency operations are some of the topics covered. Like all ERDI courses, ERD Supervisor is OSHA and NFPA compliant. In addition, the ERD Supervisor course serves as a base to develop leadership qualities and future ERD Instructors. During the open water training segment of the course, some of the skills ERD candidates will demonstrate mastery of are search patterns, proper evidence handling techniques, incident command and supervision of the scene from initial arrival through final debriefing.

     18D) ERD Tender Call for Pricing
        
The ERD Tender course trains team personnel to properly line tend and participate within the public safety dive team in a non-diving roll. ERD Tender is also part of the ERD I course curriculum so that an entire team can participate and train to their individual needs. Crime scene recognition, search patterns and decontamination procedures are some of the topics covered. In addition, ERD Tender students learn and master tending skills in both confined water and open water settings.

19) SSI DiveGuide & Divemaster - $350 plus materials, C-card, insurance, and/or equipment rental. Devoted divers with a desire to pass along their love of scuba diving to others will find the SSI Dive Guide and Divemaster programs a rewarding experience. Much as the SSI Open Water Diver course opened the door to diving, the SSI Dive Guide or Divemaster program will open the door to leadership, which allows you to enjoy diving on an entirely different level.

20) Dive Control Specialist - $495 plus materials, C-card, insurance, and/or equipment rental.

21) Open Water Instructor - $1500 plus books/materials,
C-card, and insurance.

22) Refresher Courses - Price varies depending on need. Contact us for consultation evaluation.

23) American Red Cross: ($CALL) CPR/AED-Adult/Child & Infant CPR Plus Standard First Aid - includes classroom with exam, performance session and C-Card.

Additional courses are available.  Check with the store for further details.  Pricing varies per course.  Must be a certified diver for these continuing education courses.  Equipment is required for most courses. Specialized equipment may be required; such as lines with reels and lift bags for the Search and Recovery Course.  Discounts available on equipment purchase for qualified Public Safety Divers.
